Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy

Skin Incorporated reserves the right to change or withdraw any offers, promotions, and discounts without any prior notice. All online reservations that are done via offers and promotions are not refundable unless we are unable to deliver the service due to current pandemic conditions, staff unavailability, or government notifications. All online booking discounts are applicable on first billing unless mentioned or informed otherwise. All online reservations and appointments if to be refunded will have to be done after talking to the Manager at Dr. Vohra Skin Clinic on Phone number 6292009990. Payments made via online portals or credit/debit cards will be refunded after discounting merchant fees that are paid by the Clinic to the portals for handling the transactions. and will be done via direct NEFT/ cheque transfers. Cash refunds will not be entertained.

Privacy Policy

All patient and client health information at Dr. Vohra's Skin Clinic is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without their prior signed consent. It will also not be used or shared with any 3rd party. Patient and client contact information that is shared with Dr. Vohra's Skin Clinic can be used by the clinic to contact the client regarding any future offers or promotions, but will not be shared with a 3rd party.
